Listen to music for reducing your stress 2

Many people believe recently that the classic music such as Mozart and Satie have the effect of stress reducing.

Recent studies report that any kind of music can solves the tension of the body, rises the temperature of the skin and decreases the level of a muscular tension.

Even in case of Heavy Metal Rock music, listening your favorite one results in forgetting the fatigue and relieving unpleasant feeling.

To put it the other way around, if you are not attracted to the famous musical masterpieces, you can’t reduce the stress.

It is more effective as a method of reducing stress if you listen to the same kind of music as same as your feeling at that time.

For example, when you feel sad, listen to the music with sorrowful image. When you feel cheerful, listen to the music with having fun and warm.

Visualization..3

I land on a small island for lunch where the coconut trees have many fruits.

Drinking its sweet juice, I see the horizon vaguely.

There are towering clouds in summer and white wave crashes repeatedly at the reef.

I think this scenery exists without changing forever…I merely struggle and pass through it and getting age every time.

Under the tree, feeling the comfortable breeze, I want to take a nap.

I stretch out on the sands, I close my eyes and hear the simple sound of waves which draws me into the dream.

Key points
1. Tastes sweet juice.
2. See the coconut trees ,the horizontal line, big clouds, and wave crashing at the reef.
3. Your skin feel touching the comfortable breeze.
4. Hearing simple sound of waves.
5. Smell of tide, and sweet fruit.

If you want to make your image reality, you should feel it by using all of the five feeing organs.

The only difference between image and reality is done by the source of stimulations or data.

Reality come from the outside and the image come from your inside. So you can feel vividly both of them.
