When you have a stress, or enjoy a seasonal cooking, you always eat it too much and worry about getting unhealthy fat.
If so, I have good information for you. You can divide the ingredients of the every time meal into 5 colors.
If you will take 5 colors of them every time, you become good health without thinking about the nutrients. It effects for you to protect the constipation, the anemia, and rough skin.

1. Red: Protein such as meat and fish.
2. Yellow: Vitamin C of citrus fruits like Lemon.
3. Green: Vitamin and mineral of vegetables.
4. Black: Mineral and dietary fiber of see vegetable like kombu(kelp).
5. White: Carbohydrates and Dairy products such as rice and wheat.
