Loosen your clothing and get comfortable.&lt;br /&gt;2. Think about a 1 or 2 syllable word that has a very relaxed sound to it. I reduced the tension of my body and mind with exhaling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;She gave me an imagination that I became one with air and earth around me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A few minute later, I could feel the breathing  or voice of everything around me.&lt;br /&gt;And I was breathing with tuning the rhythm of them.
